It's Tuesday, welcome back to my blog.
You are allowed to share all the content in this blog, if you think it's really useful and everyone will need it, but don't forget to leave credit after that, okay? xo

Okay, for today's content I will share some photos that I got while I was on my duty as journalist. Why? My phone storage is getting low to be honest, lol. Besides, that's my responsibilities to tell all the people what I really saw and felt at that time. You may be think that being journalist are easy and enjoyable. I don't think so. I think journalist is adventurers. You meet people from different background and characteristic. For me, myself, I got a lot of adventures when I was on my duty either got to know new people from difference level.

There are a lot of things that I want to share about my life as the newbie journalist but I need more time to write it all. While I don't have so much time to write it all due to my duty. It's getting heavier now since Malang, my city, is having its anniversary and there will be a lot of activities for the celebration.

Let's started! Directly.
Firstly I have three pictures from the art exhibition that take place at DPRD Kota Malang. It was held by Asta Citra Perupa Malang, which is a painter community in Malang, to celebrate the 103rd anniversary of Malang. It was held on Tuesday, April 3rd until April 9th 2017. I was really happy to be there, exactly. I saw a lot of marvelous paintings and met the great painter and art enthusiast. There 55 paintings there and for your information, you can buy it if you want. It's around 3 - 15 million rupiah. The irony is that, this exhibition is "swadaya" or no one fully sponsored this communities as they told me. Therefore, they made this exhibition to attract the businessman or anyone who interest to be their sponsor for the next event. All of the budget were from all the members and I inform you this because I really beg that this event will last longer. Malang (still) needs a lot people who can appreciate art. I wish I was born with bunch of rupiahs so I can help them at least as the support.

Topeng Malangan as the characteristic of Malang

Wayang, the thing that I don't watch it yet
Second,
This was the opening dance, Tari  Topeng Malang, for the opening of Kampung Budaya Polowijen in Malang. It was held on April 2nd 2017. There was 100 Topeng dancers that participate in this event with different range age start form around 4 until 50 y.o. So, Kampung Budaya Polowijen will be one of many cultural kampong in Malang where the making of Topeng Malangan and Batik Polowijen will be centered. The good experience that I got from this event is that, youth should not forget their culture as the globalization being part of today's people. That's why there was some activities that took place in cultural site like Sumur Windu Ken Dedes, which believed as the represent of Ken Dedes. Ken Dedes was the famous Queen of Javanese Palace back then. She was admired by a lot of people even now. Then, I also visited the grave of Empu Topeng Mbah Reni, aka the master of Topeng Malangan. He was born and grew up in Polowijen then he spread the Topeng Malangan around Malang as the characteristic of Malang. As the conclusion, since the culture of Topeng Malangan grown in Polowijen, people there want to keep that culture closely. Especially for the youth, so that they know who was the master of their culture and respect him more. Great experience!
